Terms of Service
Last updated: Oct 11, 2026
By using Souq3D you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully; they govern your relationship with the platform and with other users.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other policies published on the site. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Definitions
- Platform: the Souq3D website and all its services.
- Client: a user who posts a design or print request or buys from the shop.
- Provider: a designer, maker, or company that submits offers on requests or sells products on the platform.
- Request: any design or print request a client posts on the platform.
- Offer: the price, delivery time, and shipping cost a provider submits on a request.
3. Service Description
Souq3D connects clients with designers and print workshops for 3D design and printing services, and provides tools to post requests, submit offers, chat, and track orders until delivery. The platform acts as an intermediary; the provider is responsible for the quality and on-time delivery of the work.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must register with the correct role (Client, Designer, Maker, Company). Providers may not use a client account to post requests or access other providers' information.
- You may not hold more than one account to get around a restriction or previous suspension.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
5. Requests, Offers, and Agreements
- Any request posted on the platform is agreed by submitting an offer on the platform and having the client accept it on the platform.
- Any change to price, specifications, or delivery time must be recorded on the platform (by updating the offer or in the request chat).
- The provider must deliver the accepted offer at the agreed price, specifications, and time, and keep the request status updated on the platform until delivery.
6. Payment and Commission
- Payment is made through one of the payment methods shown on the request (such as InstaPay, bank transfer, mobile wallets, or cash on delivery), and proof of payment must be uploaded to the request when required.
- The platform may charge a commission on requests completed through it, at the rate published on the site when the offer is accepted. Any change to the commission is announced in advance and does not apply retroactively.
7. No Off-Platform Dealing
Requests and clients a provider reaches through Souq3D are the result of the platform's services. The following is strictly prohibited:
- Sharing or asking for phone numbers, emails, WhatsApp or Telegram links, or any other contact details before an offer is accepted on the platform.
- Using a client's contact details shown to you on the platform to agree, deliver, or get paid for work outside the platform.
- Asking a client to cancel a request or not accept an offer on the platform in order to deal directly.
- Quoting the client a different price outside the platform from the one recorded on the platform.
- Contacting the client later to offer similar services outside the platform within 12 months of the first contact made through the platform.
Client contact details are shown only to fulfil the accepted request and may not be used for any other purpose. This section also applies to clients: they may not bypass the platform to deal directly with a provider they found through it.
The platform keeps a record of contact actions, such as starting chats and copying or viewing contact details, and may review it to check compliance with this section. Violations are handled under Section 11.
8. Personal Data
Any personal data of another user you receive through the platform (name, phone, address, files) may be used only to fulfil the related request. You may not store, share, sell, or use it for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Files and Intellectual Property
- The owner of a design file keeps their rights and confirms they have the right to use the files they upload.
- Providers may not use, reprint, sell, or publish a client's files for any purpose other than the request without the client's written permission.
- Uploading illegal content or content that infringes others' rights is prohibited.
10. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on a real transaction completed on the platform. Fake reviews or pressuring the other party to change a review are prohibited, and the platform may remove any review that breaks these rules.
11. Enforcement
If these terms are violated, the platform may take one or more of the following actions depending on the severity and repetition of the violation:
- A notice or warning by email or notification.
- Restricting features such as submitting offers, chatting, or appearing in search results.
- Hiding or removing offers, listings, or reviews related to the violation.
- Temporarily suspending the account.
- Permanently removing the account and blocking re-registration.
For serious violations, including off-platform dealing, fraud, or misuse of user data, the platform may act immediately without prior warning. Users may appeal an action by replying to the platform's message within 7 days of its date.
12. Limitation of Liability
The platform works to ensure service quality but does not guarantee the outcome of any transaction between users. The platform is not responsible for any agreement, payment, or dispute that happens outside it, because it has no record that would allow it to step in.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the last updated date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
15. Contact
For questions about these terms contact us via the support email on the Contact page.
